KIDS JIU-JITSU FUNDAMENTALS CLASS (ages 6-12)

Kids Gi Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals (Ages 6–12) is a beginner-friendly class designed to teach the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Students learn fundamental movements, positions, and techniques while developing important life skills such as discipline, respect, focus, and self-confidence. Classes emphasize teamwork, listening, and safe training habits, helping kids build both physical ability and character, as well as self confidence and discipline. Like all of our classes, our kids classes are taught using the CLA method (Constraint-Led Approach). This is an approach with a game-based style of training that helps students develop real Jiu-Jitsu skills through live problem-solving. Instead of focusing on simply memorizing techniques through repetition, students are placed in controlled fully live scenarios with specific constraints placed on them, that encourage movement, timing, and decision-making under pressure. This approach helps build adaptability, confidence, and the ability to remain calm in live situations.

ADULT GI JIU-JITSU FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

Adult Gi Fundamentals is a beginner-friendly, but appropriate for all levels class, focused on the core techniques and positions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students learn the foundations of grips, control, escapes, and basic submissions in a structured and supportive environment. This class is designed to build confidence, develop proper movement patterns, and create a strong base for long-term progress. All of our adult classes are taught using the CLA method (Constraint-Led Approach). ADULT NO GI JIU-JITSU FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

Adult No-Gi Fundamentals is a beginner-friendly, but appropriate for all levels class, focused on the core techniques and positions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu without the traditional uniform (gi). Students learn control, escapes, and basic submissions while developing movement, timing, and awareness in a fast-paced, practical training environment. This class builds a strong foundation for both self-defense and overall Jiu-Jitsu development. All of our No-Gi classes are taught using the CLA method (Constraint-Led Approach). ADULT SITUATIONAL SPARRING/OPEN TRAINING CLASS

Adult Situational Sparring & Open Training is a dynamic class that combines structured games, situational sparring, and live rolling. Students train through guided challenges—such as grip-based rounds, positional goals, or point-based games—that build timing, awareness, and control in a fun and engaging environment. The class also includes traditional open sparring rounds, allowing students to apply what they’ve learned in a more open setting. Situational Sparring is simply a fully live sparring round that starts in a specific situation, and ends with a specific situation. The goal of these rounds is to intentionally progress through a controlled scenario using the techniques and concepts learned throughout the week. This class is designed for experimentation and to wrap up the week’s training.
